5" B-C Show Bit - Sterling Overlay.  These are made in Mexico by B-C silversmiths.  They are well made over stainless steel, the engraving is as nice as the VOGT, FLEMING, and others so don't shy away just because you do not know the name.   Many of the same silversmiths were making bits for VOGT, FLEMING and others for many years.
