4 3/4" Filigree bit.  Sterling Overlay, has some play in the shanks.   Don't discount the unmarked bits as many were made by the same makes as Vogt, Fleming, Garcia and others.   There were only a few bit makers in Mexico back in the day that made bits for many of the known makers but the also produced their own bits and they were just marked Mexico.
